This 48 page Project Proposal Template was created for George Butler Associates, a Kansas City-based Engineering Firm. This firm has multiple offices, and each were generating their own project proposals, using disparate fonts, colors, and even programs to which caused a lot of inconsistency in their branding.

The Project Proposal template needed to be versatile, as each project will have different needs regarding the pages, so we created multiple layouts for each category that could be switched out or added in as many times as required, and all work together seamlessly to represent the GBA brand.

This template was distributed across GBA’s multiple office locations, along with a Guidebook to help each office keep a consistent brand as they use the template.

Guidebook

To accompany the Project Proposal Template, we created a Guidebook to instruct each GBA office on how to use our template autonomously yet stay on-brand. The Guidebook has information on everything from fonts, colors, footers and margins to guidelines for photography usage, callouts, and even specifications on printing and binding materials.
